3. Job Posting Requirements and Standards
3.1 Job Listing Standards
All job postings must:
- Contain accurate and truthful information
- Specify genuine visa sponsorship availability
- Include realistic salary ranges and benefits
- Provide clear job descriptions and requirements
- Comply with Australian anti-discrimination laws
3.2 Required Information
Each job posting must include:
- Job Title: Clear, descriptive position title
- Location: Specific work location or remote work arrangements
- Salary Range: Realistic compensation information
- Visa Types: Specific visa categories offered (482, 186, 494, etc.)
- Job Description: Detailed role responsibilities and requirements
- Company Information: Legitimate business details
3.3 Prohibited Content
Job postings may not:
- Make false or misleading claims about visa sponsorship
- Discriminate based on protected characteristics
- Require upfront payments or fees from applicants
- Promote illegal activities or non-compliant employment
- Contain adult content or inappropriate material
- Misrepresent salary, benefits, or working conditions
4. Visa Sponsorship Obligations

- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- 7-day notice for payment failures
6. Content and Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of job listing content
- Grant us license to display, promote, and distribute listings
- Warrant that content doesn’t infringe third-party rights
- Responsible for accuracy and legality of all content
6.2 Company Information
- Provide accurate company descriptions and branding
- Ensure you have rights to use logos and images
- Grant permission for us to feature your company
- Maintain current and relevant company information
6.3 Applicant Data Usage
- Use applicant information only for legitimate recruitment purposes
- Comply with Privacy Act requirements for personal data handling
- Implement appropriate data security measures
- Delete or return data when no longer needed
7. Employer Responsibilities and Conduct

- Respond to applications within reasonable timeframes
- Provide honest feedback to candidates when possible
- Treat all applicants fairly and without discrimination

- Review applications submitted through our platform

8. Platform Usage and Restrictions

- Post legitimate job opportunities with visa sponsorship
- Access and review applications from qualified candidates
- Use platform tools for recruitment and hiring purposes
- Promote your company as an employer of choice
8.2 Prohibited Activities
- Posting fake or misleading job opportunities
- Harvesting or scraping candidate data
- Using platform for non-recruitment purposes
- Circumventing payment systems or security measures
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
8.3 Account Suspension
We may suspend accounts for:
- Violations of these terms or community standards
- Fraudulent or misleading job postings
- Non-payment of fees for premium services
- Complaints of discriminatory practices
- Failure to cooperate with compliance requirements
9. Liability and Indemnification

You are solely responsible for:
- All job listing content and its accuracy
- Compliance with employment and immigration laws
- Treatment of job applicants and hiring decisions
- Any disputes arising from employment relationships

10. Service Availability and Modifications

11. Term and Termination
