3. User Accounts and Membership

     3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person/entity

     3.2 Membership Tiers

• Free Access: Browse job listings, view descriptions, salaries, locations
• Premium Membership: Access to employer contact details and application information
  • 7-day access: $9 AUD
  • 30-day access: $19 AUD
  • 90-day access: $49 AUD

     3.3 Payment Terms

• All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• No refunds unless required by Australian Consumer Law
• Automatic renewal does not apply – each purchase is for the specified term only

4. Acceptable Use

     4.1 Permitted Use

• Personal, non-commercial use for job searching purposes
• Professional networking and career development
• Legitimate business use by employers

     4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Scraping, harvesting, or automated data collection
• Sharing login credentials or membership access
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harassment, spam, or inappropriate communication
• Circumventing payment systems or security measures
• Using the service for illegal activities

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• Must not discriminate unlawfully in hiring practices

    8.2 Employer Liability

• Employers are solely responsible for their job postings
• Employers must handle personal data in compliance with privacy laws
• We’re not party to employment relationships between employers and job seekers

9. Termination

    9.1 By You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Termination doesn’t entitle you to refunds for unused membership periods

    9.2 By Us

• We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms
• We may suspend accounts pending investigation of suspected violations
• We may terminate the service with reasonable notice

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
